How to recognise it
A blue square with a white fuel pump, hose hanging at its side.
Where you will see it
On highways and main roads ahead of the exit or turn for a gas station.
What to do when you see it
- 1.Check your fuel gauge and decide early whether to stop.
- 2.If you are stopping, check your mirrors, signal and slow down gradually before the exit or turn.
On the knowledge test
Service signs for motorists are blue with a white symbol. Read the symbol: pump for gas, bed for accommodation.
