Slower traffic keep right
What it means
If you are driving slower than the regular flow of traffic, move into the right lane so faster vehicles can pass on the left.
White with black or red; a red circle with a slash means prohibited, a green circle means permitted.

A white upright rectangle with SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT in black capital letters.

On multi-lane highways and freeways.
What to do when you see it
- 1.If you are going slower than the regular flow of traffic, move into the right lane.
- 2.Leave the left lane free so faster vehicles can pass you there.
On the knowledge test
The sign is about your speed compared with other traffic. Driving at the speed limit does not entitle you to stay in the left lane.
