On busy streets and main routes where a stopped vehicle would block traffic, often for rush hours.
What to do when you see it
- 1.Do not stop your vehicle at all, not even briefly, between this sign and the next no-stopping sign.
- 2.If there is a time tab, the ban applies during those posted times; read it before you pull over.
